Greetings from the boonies in Michigan

Hey everyone. I'm up here in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. It's really boring up here. All there is to do is basically read, play Scrabble, or play cards. We are right near Lake Superior, but it's nothing all that special. Went mini golfing yesterday and kicked some major butt, but only because I don't care about how I do whenever I go mini golfing. Also went to see War of the Worlds yesterday. Kinda weird. Not my usual taste in movies but I didn't have to pay so I was all for it. Ate at a place called Abner's last night and had a cute waiter named JT. Yeah, I've decided that I shall now refer to Taylor as JT, just as I refer to Beth as JB (or JD) and Gina and JG. Anyhoo, I'm really bored here. I miss the small comforts of home, like my bed and Joey. I miss being able to call up a friend and not be roaming. I miss having a Safeway right by me, hah. I miss Target and my car. Boy, do I miss my car. I've finished reading Confessions of an Ugly Stepsiszter, and have read Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, and am sllightly over a third of the way done readiong Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.

Anyhoo, the East Coast Hanson Fan Gathering was last weekend. Had a blast with that. Didn't have any diet oke psilled in my car, nor did I get into any sort of car accident! It was seriously a blast though. Got to see some people from last year, as well as meet some new people. Performed The MMMBop Dance and had everyone cracking up at that. Leigh and Lucie got it caught on vide the first time I perfoormed it. Then people wanted to try doing the dance, so I didi it a second time with others doing it behind me. Leigh and Jaquishy got that on tape and it's rather hysterical. When I get it uploaded, I shall share. :P Leigh even joked about getting everyone's permission to put that tape up on Hnet. Heck yes! And our goal is to get a whole bunch of people doing this dance at a concert and watch Hanson even TRY to finish the song. Yeah, I doubt they'd be able to do that. Haha.

Anyhoo, I come home on Saturday and can't wait. Have to send in my state report that night because I don;t have my information ghere with me. Then on Sunday I'll go to church, then Safeway with Amy, then off to see Emma in The Sound of Music.

Anbyhoo, hope everyone's doing much better than I am. I'm so bored!!!
